5 years. 5 continents. 5 conclusions on childbirth

The video is the quintessence of the five-year social activity of the international project on natural childbirth and the blessed conception “Miracle in the Heart”.

The video contains 5 conclusions about childbirth, which was formed by the organizers of “Miracle in the Heart” project, based on interaction with experts on childbirth and conscious parents from 30 countries on 5 continents, mothers with many children and personal positive experiences of birth and motherhood.

Conclusion #1: Basic needs of a woman in labour and a baby in postpartum are incredibly important. They have to be protected, supported, maintained, and not disturbed by the family, society and medical community.

Conclusion #2: A mother is capable of many things for her birth, while the union of mothers can change the march of history, even the history of the world.

Conclusion #3: By far not every dad can and should assist his wife in delivery.

Conclusion #4: Birth is just the beginning, although the important milestone in your motherhood. You shouldn’t be caught in an endless loop of birth.

Conclusion #5: The place of birth predetermines the birth process and creates a birth tendency. The point is not about the spontaneous childbirth occurred in a transport or in a shop.

The video also considers the following issues:

• birthing team,
• variations in a woman’s sensation of safety during childbirth (why a pregnant woman thinks it is safer to give birth in a hospital) - cultural, embedded features,
• why it’s better prepare for motherhood during pregnancy, and not after childbirth,
• an a doula change the obstetric model and the birthing space in your birth,
• First Global Birthing Village GRAVITA is a fundamentally new, the fifth, type of organization of the birthing place. First Birthing Village in the modern world based in Brazil (Paraty, Rio de Janeiro).
  
  At the same time in May 2020 Svetlana Demianova-Ponomarenko left the GRAVITA project (probably at the certain stage) strongly believing that the basic needs of a MotherBaby in childbirth and the early postpartum should be understood and protected, which means that ALL conditions for the safety of childbirth should be created (otherwise it is not the favourable conditions for any Mother to come and for any birth assistant to work).
