To increase awareness of doctors and women about the RIGHTS IN PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH the experts of the Conference suggested different channels to spread such knowledge.Rulsan Trofimov put his suggestion that might be useful for different initiatives, non-governmental and remedial organizations in maternity.

In Kenya the protection of women’s rights in childbirth is provided for the Patient's Rights Code, in particular. Obviously, our remedial NGOs and maternity hospitals should embed the experience of other countries and use such documents in antenatal clinics and maternity hospitals.

If a woman faces with a doctor’s mistake or incompetence in her childbirth, and it causes serious consequences for life or health of the mother or baby, what is the right way to act?
