Return Policy and Warranties for Birthing Clothes

According to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’ (1991, art. 9) and Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 (dated 19.03.1994), underwear, including swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas, bathrobes, are included in the list of goods of good quality and cannot be exchanged or returned. These rules do not apply to goods that you return due to non-compliance with the order, detection of flaw or contamination.

It should be noted that our Birthing Gowns refer to underwear and are purely handmade: from stitch to tag. Serial production is excluded. The Birthing Gown is created exclusively for you, with the wishes of well-being, gentle birth and joyful motherhood for you!

Our return policy is quite strict because we adhere to the highest quality standards as an international social project spanning five continents.

At the same time, we understand that purchasing the Protective Charm Birthing Gown online might be sometimes a daunting task. Our sincere desire is to make you (or the addressee of the Birthing Gown) the Queen Mother, to fulfill your mission of serving the Mother and Baby, and also to achieve your complete satisfaction from acquiring birthing clothes - psychological, physical and energetic!

In this regard, if you find defects - violation of the integrity of the fabric, inconsistency of the pattern or contamination - and can provide a photo and video evidence, we will return or exchange your Birthing Gown or a Birthing Clothes set. For our part, we carefully record the process of packaging and sending your order by photo and video shooting.

Is it possible to return the goods,
purchased at a discount?

For Birthing Gowns and Birthing Clothes Sets ordered at a discounted price, the same rules apply for making complaints. Discounted goods can only be exchanged if significant evidence was provided, in the opinion of the administration of the Miracle in the Heart project, about the need to exchange goods.

Delivery of goods in this case is also at the expense of the buyer.

Procedure for Exchanging or Returning Birthing Clothes

All controversial issues are considered by the administration of the Miracle in the Heart project if there is a written application to proestrofest.info@gmail.com:

• You can send applications for a refund on a claim to the quality of the service provided to you within 14 days from the receipt of your order. Such applications are considered by the project administration within 3 (three) days from the receipt of the email/message.
• The remaining contentious issues are considered by the project administration no later than 10 (ten) business days from the moment the contentious situation arises and can be resolved through negotiations (correspondence).

In the event of a repeated complaint by the same buyer, the project administration guarantees the fulfillment of its obligations to return funds to the buyer, however, it does not consider more claims from this buyer, and does not recommend him/her to purchase products and services of the Miracle in the Heart project in the future.
