Zifa Astashko is a family consultant, doula, specialist in postpartum recovery for women. She was born in 1983 in the city of Ufa. She has been a vegetarian since 2006 and has given birth to all her children at home with her husband. Since 2011 he has been giving seminars on different topics:
- preparations for concмeption
- Healthy pregnancy;
- home birth and natural childbirth;
- postnatal recovery.
Zifa conducts master classes on

She is married and has five children. She is the author of the popular seminars in Russia "Free Childbirth" and the program "40 days after childbirth", the project of taking care of women's health "Mother's KIT" and the retreat at sea "The Pharos of Natural Parenthood".
