Perinatal yoga instructor, writer, journalist. The author of the book “It is Easy to Give Birth is Easy”, co-designer of Protective Charm Birthing Gowns 'Miracle in the Heart'.

Yekaterina practices yoga for more than 10 years, before, after and during each pregnancy. In 2006, expecting a third child she became the winner of the First citywide contest of expectant mothers in Yekaterinburg (Russia). Since 2010, lives near Moscow, in Zelenograd. In 2011, she received a second education in the specialty "Adaptive (perinatal) yoga instructor".

She practices yoga with pregnant women, conducts classes in postpartum recovery groups and exercises for babies. Together with her husband, Roman Osochenko, conducts seminars for moms and dads, gives lectures at the school for childbirth in Zelenograd. Working on a new book for parents.
