My name is Anna Polyn, I am 33 years old and I am the mother of a boy who started to be born at home, and finished at the hospital. After this unexpected turn, it took me a long time to come to life and to recover. I have gone through and felt myself the burden of maternity formative experience. Since then I see the support of mothers as one of my objectives. I have founded "Luba Mama" project.

Currently, we are working on creating the movie on postpartum recovery.

My professional background is in Psychology (Warsaw University of Humanities) and Dance Therapy (Institute of Integrative Psychology). From the age of sixteen, I have been learning from Sufi Teachers, including a dervish woman. I put my efforts into finding the ancient knowledge on femininity and disseminating it among women. I conduct classes and pieces of training for women.

I work in Olga Valyayeva’s project as well as in “The Artist’s Way” project on the revitalization of creativity. I
am a Reiki Master and a vegetarian.

I teach cooking classes. We established the “Mastery of Taste” family takeout food shop and catering where we passionately make food for people.

We live in Nesvizh, Belarus, a historical center with impressive castles and wonderful parks. For centuries it was the residence of Radzivill dukes. I have a dream - to establish the Center for Natural Birth in this wonderful city so that women of my country (and all who wish) could give a birth to their children embraced with peace and love.
